The Native Cooking Award
The Native Cooking Award is an international "back to nature" cooking competition where chefs at Michelin level from across Europe compete against each other. It is held on Knuthenlund Manor on Lolland Sunday, may 29, where the 5 teams from Denmark, Sweden, France, Belgium and Norway put 4 chefs and has 6 hours to prepare and serve a three-course menu with local products they find themselves in the nature at Knuthenlund. We are pretty exited that some of the best chefs in Europe uses a Thors outdoor kithen for preparation of there food. The winning team receives again this year, on most sought after Native Cooking diplomas of the recycled wood from Knud main port.
