Size guide for plank tables

We make your table to order, in the dimensions you require. To help you find the right sizes, we have developed a guide that gives you an idea of how many people you can seat around the different size tables and how much elbow room each person would have. A useful rule is to have a minimum of 60 cm per chair.

If you have chairs with armrests, then add an extra 10 cm.

Width and legs

Our plank tables are made from planks that are either 25 or 30 cm in width.
You can see illustrations of our standard sizes below.

Tables  up to 100 cm in width, are made with a single wooden leg. Wider tables are made with double wooden legs. The design allows for leg space on all sides of the table.

All of our unika wooden legs are unique. They typically contain a large amount of historic details and are carefully chosen to suit the table planks.

Legs

For diameters of Ø100 – Ø150 cm, the table is made with a single wooden column leg. For diameters of Ø150 – Ø200 cm there will be 4 unika wooden legs. This allows for leg space all the way round the table.

All our wooden legs are unique. They typically contain a large amount of historic details and are carefully chosen to suit the table planks.
