The console table is made from reclaimed hardwood from decommissioned harbours, footbridges and railways - timber that for decades carried heavy infrastructure while enduring constant exposure to wind, water, and extreme pressure in some of the world’s most demanding environments. The robust construction timber is given new life as handcrafted furniture with patina, soul and strength. Unique pieces that carry history and have an exceptional lifespan.

Hera can be made with either sanded or rustic surface.
The surface finish that we call sanded refers to planks that have been cut from inside the large pillars where they have been protected where rustic planks are cut from the outer, weathered layer. Therefore, rustic planks contain more historic details than sanded.
The amount of authentic rustic details in the planks can be defined as small, medium and large. All planks are sanded by hand to preserve as many historic details as possible.
